Stephen Miller is the owner and principal architect of Miller Architects. The designer behind many quality homes and commercial buildings, Miller is the principal developer behind two earlier housing developments in Brown County — Turning Tree and Town Hill. As a third-generation Nashville, Indiana native, Miller and his wife Anne, a renowned stained glass artist, are deeply invested in Brown County.
Scott Mills retired from Purdue University and relocated to Brown County, Indiana in 2014. Mills has immersed himself in Brown County, including serving as vice-president of the local chapter of Habitat for Humanity. Currently he and his wife Jan are living in their home in the Brown County woods that Steve helped design and build.
Both men have a vision of Woods Lane as a very green, nature-centered neighborhood. Woods Lane is perfectly situated to take advantage of modern conveniences like high speed internet and city water and sewer that are often unavailable in rural towns, while still providing a connection to the natural beauty of Brown County.
